🌱Planting Progess…
Members of Institutes in the Quoile Area were permitted by the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council to plant 250 trees in Dunleath Park, Downpatrick. Three local schools also took part in this initiative, planting another 250 trees.
Included in the photo are:Council Chairman Cathy Mason and Councillors Oonagh Hanlon and Dorinnia Carville, Downpatrick President Edwina Marr with Geraldine and Fiona Gray (with dog Truffles); Killinchy President Pamela Shanks; Seaforde President Annabel Cleland with Judith Wainwright; Slievenaman President Nan Crory with Elizabeth Parker and Margaret Broome, Federation Chairman.
