Guest speaker: Anne Harper, Storyteller & Musician
Anne will give a presentation centred around ‘Women in Myth and Music’.
“Anne Harper is a musician and storyteller from County Down. She is passionate about heritage, folklore and the environment; and it was this that drew her into the realm of storytelling. A multi-instrumentalist and composer, Anne is inspired by the ancient Bardic tradition, weaving the evocative sound of the harp (and other instruments) into her performances. From timeless ingredients, Anne creates a fresh, magical mixture of myth and music which resonates strongly in the modern world.”
