Inver Area Competitions Day
The 2014 annual ‘Competitions Day’ for members of institutes in the Inver area will be held on Wednesday 21st May in 1st Larne Presb. Church Hall. Schedules are now available from institute secretaries, the closing date for entries is 25th March 2014. Classes in Floral Art, Baking, Handicrafts, Art and Photography are keenly contested each year; ladies -now is the ideal time for all our talented members to start knitting, sewing and crocheting their competition items! Artists and photographers can also be on the look out for that winning picture on the theme of ‘farming’.
Although entries are confined to Inver area members, all of the competition items will be on display to the public 7-9 p.m. with admission including light refreshments.
