Pamela introduced our Guest speakers for the evening, Damian Tomalty and his wife Jackie who run Castlescreen Farm, rearing Dexter Beef.
A selection of products, sausages, bacon, vegetable roll and pork where cooked on the premises and members enjoyed samples which where most enjoyable.
The vote of thanks was given by Eileen Rooney
After supper minutes were taken as read and the following correspondence was read:
A thank you letter for the donation of bras, Arts Festival date and time, Spring Area Meeting to be held at Seaforde Young Farmers Hall, 30th April, 7.30pm admission gone up to £5.00- details of competitions were read and a short history of the speaker for the evening, Mr Brian Gault.
Competition Winners, for “A Favourite meat recipe”, Pamela Shanks and Jackie Bennett.
