(The beautiful photograph gracing our front cover for the New Year was captured by Maura Ellis of Kells & Connor WI.  It features a picturesque winter scene – the warm sky illuminated by the sunrise, contrasting with the cool, crisp snow on the ground and the stark silhouette of the bare tree. This is the view from Maura’s kitchen window!  It symbolises a new dawn, a new day and new beginnings.)
