Donaghadee Women’s Institute has adjourned for the summer months and will
return in September to commence the new season of activities.
I am volunteer coordinator for Down Community Transport and am keen to give a short presentation to W.I groups in Down/Ards/Bangor area re recuiting volunteer social car drivers to take elderly/disabled living in isolated rural communities to hospital/health appointments. Expenses are reimbursed etc. Would like to hear from individual W.I’s if possible to arrange dates if convenient. Many thanks.
