Christmas is behind us again and we are approaching another New Year. Amidst the shopping and baking and stress of Christmas preparations, Slemish Area members enjoyed a celebration of what Christmas is all about. Our Carol Service was well attended in Carnlough, in the beautiful seaside Presbyterian church. Ethel Simpson our Executive member welcomed Irene Craig and all to the service and the 9 lessons and carols proceeded unannounced with a member from each WI reading a lesson. Slemish Area choir sang 4 beautiful pieces and the offering was to N.I. Kidney Research.
