On 29th February 2020, the Area Quiz, hosted by Waringstown, was held in Waringstown Primary School. All Institutes were represented and many members came to support their Quiz team. Following a welcome by Ann Harnett Area President, Sandra Ledlie posed the questions. At the end there was a tie-break between Artana and St John’s. With only 1 extra point Artana proved to be the winner. St John’s 2nd and Rathfriland 3rd. Artana will now represent the Area at the Quiz Finals in May. To end the meeting a lovely afternoon tea was provided by Waringstown members.
